Providing maximum support to enable the Director to fulfill his responsibilities effectively by planning and organizing his appointments and other activities in an efficient manner.Screening, receiving or declining visitors or callers.Creating and managing a filing system and department logs when required.Sorting and dispatching incoming/outgoing correspondences. Transmitting fax messages.Maintaining an agenda of activities, deadlines and a list of items to follow-up internally and externally for the office of the Director.Acting as the pubic relations arm of the Director. Serving as a channel of information from outside sources and vice versa. Handling inquires on department matters when authorized to do so.
